About Melissa

My name is Melissa. I am a Pre and Postnatal Fitness Specialist with certifications in Pre and Postnatal Corrective Exercise, Pre and Postnatal Diastasis and Core Consulting, Personal Training and Sports Nutrition. I am a certified Pregnancy Safe Coach® through Fit For Birth.

I am a mom of two young kids, Alexandra and Max. My eight-year-old daughter gave me my best title –  mom – and put me on the path toward becoming the best version of myself. I discovered my passion to help other mom’s have empowering pregnancies, labor, and postpartum journeys while I was pregnant with my now five-year-old son.

I have been in the fitness industry for just over 10 years and have grown immensely passionate in helping women discover how their bodies move and how they can enhance their physical activity, avoid injury, and lower stress.

With 10 years of experience in the fitness industry, I have the knowledge and unique style to train a wide-variety of clients but find my passion in working with the the pregnant, birthing, and mothering community.
