Learn the fundamentals of strength, mobility, and core training. In this group class, you’ll gain the skills and confidence to build a sustainable workout routine for your fitness and wellness journey, build strength, and get into the fat burning zone.

Every Saturday at 8 a.m. via Zoom
Each week, we will focus on various muscle groups to support functional strength training along with myofascia, core, and stability training.
No equipment necessary, however, a light-to-medium set of dumbbells can be beneficial. In place of weights, you can also use water bottles, books, or canned goods. We might occasionally use other items like resistance bands or pilates balls – these items can also be substituted with other items you might find around the house.
