I’m here to help you navigate the physical challenges of pregnancy and laboring a baby along with the unknowns of pregnancy and postpartum movement and how to exercise safely, avoid pregnancy-related injury, and reduce stress while nurturing your growing baby. Together, we will work through the highs, lows, and discomforts of pregnancy and how to prepare for the open-ended expectations that come with labor & delivery.

New Mom Reconnection

Learn how to reconnect to your core and pelvic floor immediately after birthing your baby. I am here to help you to move safely in your new postpartum body – within hours of delivery! My coaching will help you reconnect to the muscles that were are now shifting back to their pre-pregnancy state. Together, we’ll figure out your movement and reconnection needs based on your pregnancy and birthing experience. Please keep in mind, this is not an exercise program – the New Mom Reconnection program is all about reconnection and healing! Please inquire for more details. 

Postpartum Forever Training

If you found me after you’ve delivered your babies – no matter how long it’s been –  together, let’s figure out what we can do to eliminate any aches or discomforts that affect your daily activities. A comprehensive movement assessment will help us discover how we can put you back on the path of empowered movement and physical activity to be the best functioning version of yourself that you can be. Pelvic Floor Workshop

Host a pelvic floor workshop for your next fitness event!

Level 1: This beginner-level workshop will will be your roadmap to gain a better understanding of your pelvic floor muscles and their function along with why these muscles might not be doing their job. After this workshop you’ll understand what causes urine leakage and pelvic floor stress and what you can do to reduce these issues and regain control over your pelvic floor. Together, we’ll create an action plan to help you gain better access to your pelvic floor and begin reducing or potentially eliminating urinary incontinence and discomfort, so you can get back to jumping for joy next time you sneeze without leaking! 

Level 2: Now that you’ve got a basic understanding of your pelvic floor muscles, lets dive a little deeper into this tangled web of muscles! In this workshop, we’ll refine your pelvic floor roadmap to see if and how it has changed since you first started exploring these muscles. We’ll get a little more personal and find out what specific challenges your pelvic floor muscles are facing and what areas you need to focus on as you add pelvic floor training to your daily life.

The Mommy Shower

2-4 guests or 5+ guests | Celebrating a new mom’s journey from womanhood to motherhood with pampering and uplifting support

In our modern society, we often celebrate the baby(ies) growing inside mommy’s belly by throwing her a baby shower as she prepares to welcome her child into this world. After the baby is born and all of the excitement of a newborn fizzles out, we often forget about mom.

On this journey of woman transitioning to mom – many mom’s often are forgotten about in terms of support, mental health, and healing. She’s left to find her way in her new body. Rather than focusing on “getting back to normal”, let’s celebrate mom becoming a new version of herself!

The Mommy Shower is a 2-hour event designed to uplift and empower the new mom, provide support, and shower mom with pampering through guided relaxation, stress relief techniques, and a mini-exercise session with gentle movement to realign the muscles that helped mom carry a growing baby.

We will go over techniques for carrying, wearing, feeding, and caring for your newborn that will limit and reduce aches and stress on your healing body.

We will bring it all together with fun, games, and prizes – all designed with mom – and her support system – in mind.
