Spinach, Blueberry, & Yogurt Smoothie


  • ½ cup ice
  • ½ cup frozen wild blueberries
  • 1 frozen banana
  • ½ cup organic spinach
  • ½ cup organic Greek yogurt
  • 1 date (or sweetener of choice), optional 
  • 1 tsp flax seed, optional 
  • Splash of water or milk of choice (I use oat or coconut milk), as needed  

Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender, add a splash of milk or water as needed for texture preference. Serve Immediately.
