Ingredients:
- ½ cup ice
- ½ cup frozen wild blueberries
- 1 frozen banana
- ½ cup organic spinach
- ½ cup organic Greek yogurt
- 1 date (or sweetener of choice), optional
- 1 tsp flax seed, optional
- Splash of water or milk of choice (I use oat or coconut milk), as needed
Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender, add a splash of milk or water as needed for texture preference. Serve Immediately.
